THE BLAME GAME


If there is one thing Americans are good at, it is the art of blaming others! In the aftermath of hurricane Katrina the blaming has begun. Everyone is pointing the finger at someone else. Americans are not only good at blaming other people, they are just as apt to speak without knowing what they are talking about! I think if we are going to blame people for how they did or did not respond to the disaster, we should at least take time to read the STATE OF LOUISIANA EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN:
