BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN

If you don't know what Brokeback Mountain is, let me try to help you out. It is a movie that was recently released and has received a lot of coverage by the media. It has been nominated for many awards already. You may be asking, "what is so great about this movie?" Well, it is a movie that is about two gay cowboys. It is a movie that seeks to at least produce sympathy for those who are gay. In our culture, wrong and right is normally determined by emotion more than by an objective standard of wrong and right. So what better way to help change people's views on wrong and right than a movie! Movies speak to emotions and emotions are what seems to now be the test for truth, morality, and ethics. There has been much written on this subject and I am going to provide links for people to follow. I challenge you to read carefully the information I am pointing you to. It may prove to be very challenging to your worldview:
